IMHO, this problem is not related to UPP. You just need to fix a make file or a build script for your Web Browser to create a statically linked executable. After that you will just need to add a list of needed static libraries to your project in TheIDE. But the first thing to do is to compile a standalone static version of a Web Browser as a proof of a concept.
