https://github.com/mstorsjo/llvm-mingw/releases/tag/20201020

llvm-mingw-20201020-msvcrt-i686.zip

is 32-bit version of compiler toolchain. Should work fine with 32-bit libraries we supply in nightly. Perhaps this might solve your issue?
