I have implemented super-fast conversion routines:
https://github.com/ultimatepp/ultimatepp/blob/1d018151f105f4 e739045307577e3dd0bc8b856a/uppsrc/Core/Format.cpp#L75
AsString(int) should now be about 8 times faster than before.
