UPD: OK, I understand that picture size depends on zoom level. It`s no bug.

But practically this stretching rule is ok only for vector images, where you can freely resize image size without any visual defects.
When we apply this approach to raster images, we have them blurred in 99,99% of cases (because zoom level is never exactly 1,000000). This problem is very well seen on screenshots publushed in Topic++. They all are blurred and not very clear, which makes them totally corrupted in some cases.

I propose making images non-sizeable with some flag. So when I post screenshot in Topic++, I should have ability to have it as-is, always with original size.
