I got the answwer. The right download is the package
mysql-connector-c-6.0.2-win32.msi

to be downloaded from
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/connector/c/

PS: I have just discovered that using
sql.Execute("...");
and
sql.Fetch()
I can easily replicate all my PHP scripts. Very nice. Upp is a continue discovery Smile
