Hello Alex

Considering that you know the DICOM format, you can use an ImageCtrl. You can find samples about image processing in examples page here. In addition there are some image processing undocumented functions in Draw/ImageOp.cpp, like Grayscale(), Contrast(), Rotate(), Sharpen() and many other.
