How do I get back to the .lay visual editor after a run [message #34468]

I made my first .lay file work.
Once it compiles and run, theIDE turns the .lay visual editor into a text file with the LAYOUT macro struct. Nice but how do I get back to the visual editor?
I expect I must be blind or just plain stupid.
My work-around is to restart the ide.

(I did search and scan the Help files).
