Great Smile We can start with those that lintian itself believes they should not be linked statically:
jpeg       // should be converted (high priority)
bzip2      // should be converted (high priority, patch above)
pcre3      // should be converted
tiff       // should be converted
zlib       // should be converted
png        //already done
expat      // not used in U++
file       // not used in U++
libxml2    // not used in U++
openjpeg   // not used in U++
