How do I compile C++ files in Visual Studio 2008?
I can't figure out where the compile, link, and run buttons are! The only kinds of buttons I can see are new web site, increase indent, debug, etc. but no compile button! I also looked in the "debug" and "test" drop-down menus, but there is still no compile button! Help!
