Hello!
I belive that VCenter(bool) method defined in RichTextView stands for vertical center and should make the text vertically centered, right? It seems that calling this method makes no difference and I belive it's a bug. This is the case both for "current" release 5485 and for one of the latest svn versions (I updated like week and a half ago).
