Hi all,

based on Klugier idea and link (using registry)
and Koldo idea (using last version if more than one exist)

i have reworked the InstantSetup().
with this patch, VS14 & Kit10 are detected in milliseconds.

here the algorithm:

get the list of all installed Windows SDK
filter this list to get the last one
go to his "Include" subdirectory and find the last uap version installed, that containe "um/adhoc.h", "ucrt" and "shared".
combine this and set bin,lib and include variable.

Mirek, please test and review this solution.
