Fix documentation links

Description
We need to improve our documentation fast. Almost all links doesn't work (In TheIDE help - on website the ratio is bette). In the topic editor hyperlink instead of simply "Point" should be "topic://Core/src/Point$en-us".
Why website handle several links? It is because if "Point" reefers to current package like "Core" it finds it. But if the Point will be included in Draw documentation we will receive dead link.

Still some problems - but not too much right now - the website is cleaner than ever before.
