TheIDE UHD problems on Windows (Small toolbar icons, Synchronize translation files, Splash screen too small)

Description
I think TheIDE toolbar is super small in compare to other applications in UHD mode (4K - 15 inch display). It should be bigger, the spacing between toolbar elements should be bigger as well.
Moreover, synchronization translation files render some fonts in SD mode instead of using UHD mode (Look at attached screenshot).
Splash screen should be a little bit bigger, but this is minor issue.
