GDB seems to stop working on windows

Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile any application wtih MinGW
2. Start application under debug mode (GDB)
3. Break execution
Results: "Failed to obtain information about threads."
I tested this only on windows platform.

Verify on Linux and it doesn't work.
