FileSel hangs on macOS when user doesn't grant permission to read directory

Description
1. Open FileSel
2. Change directory and wait for dialog that asks for permission
3. Deny the permission
Results: TheIDE error dialog occurred and when clicking ok it opens one more time (infinity loop).
Reported os: Catalina 10.15;
