Description
Thinking about Pavel's question, I came up with idea to convert Edit*Spin classes to templates to allow using them with custom Convert classes. Attached file contains implementation, it should behave exactly like current code with the only exception that default incvalue for EditDoubleSpin would be 1 instead of 0.1, but I believe that can be safely ignored...
What do you think Mirek?
