GTK focus issue on Oxygen GTK

Description
It seems that mouse focuse dosen't work very well on Oxygen GTK theme (It is default theme for GTK on almost all KDE base distributions!).
I enclosed comp image of this issue (The blue shell means focus!).
P.S.
This bug only reproduces with pure GTK backend. On X11 evrything works fine.
