Description

Currently, we have problem in our documentation that we have too long pages and navigation is hard. For example on one page I have got 30 tutorials I need to scroll to find the one I am interested in. The solution for that problem is to implement "Table of Contents" feature for RichText and RichEdit.

Example of tables of contents:
Contents

1 Getting Started with IRC
    2 Community/Support
    3 Communities by Country
    4 Communities around a distribution
    5 Applications

Acceptance criteria:
- In browser user should be able to jump to title that she/he is interested.

Finally, we manage to bring the feature to the website. I am glad it works fine. For me we can close this ticket.
